Relax in this cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath duplex in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, just a 3-minute walk to the sand. Featuring 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and a sleeper futon, it’s perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, enclosed porch, deck, and private driveway with off-street parking.
The Space
1st Level: 1 queen bedroom, bath with shower, laundry room.
2nd Level: 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom, full bath (tub/shower), living room, dining room, enclosed porch (sleeper futon), and deck.
Pet Policy
Dogs welcome (no cats) – $50 per dog (up to 7 days), $10 per day after.
Max: 2 dogs under 20 lbs or 1 under 40 lbs (exceptions upon approval).
Must be house-trained, vaccinated, and on flea/tick prevention.
No aggressive breeds; no furniture access.
Fenced yard – please clean up after pets.

Absolutely gorgeous beach house with a perfect location – steps to the beach (powdery sand and clean water) as well as being an hour drive from TONS of different beach stops. It was a perfect house for traveling with kids – well appointed, spacious, and beautiful interior design! Loved our stay and will be back.
